Respected sir, It is virtually a disheartening fact that for the last few months whenever my uninor mobile account is recharged with a handsome amount of money,it is deducted by the deceitful means of activating some value added services to my mobile number without my consent. this is my humble request to you sir from OCTOBER they started a Model service without my permission and they deduct my 49rs so please sir take strict action against them and see that they do not start service again without my permission and also refund my balance as soon as possible please sir please sir help me sir. I NEVER SUBSCRIBE ANY VALUE ADDED SERVICE LIKE MY MUSIC. I JUST ATTEND A CALL THAT I WAS KNOWN ABOUT THAT IT IS FROM MYMUSIC(UNINOR) . WHEN I GOT TO KNOW THAT CALL FROM MYMUSIC(UNINOR) I DISCONNET THAT CALL. SO HOW U PEOPLE GOING TO ACTIVATE THIS SERVICE. I WANT MY MONEY BACK AND DONT WISH THIS MYMUSIC SERVICE WHICH I NEVER TRIED TO ACTIVATE.
UNINOR — Deduction of balance and Stubborn Customer Care Service
I have been using a uninor sim since last 3-4 months. I usually insert the sim in my phone during night only.. About 10 days ago,when i inserted thew sim card in my cell phone, I got a message that 'Game service' and 'hellotune service' has been activated in my account. I immediately called up the customer care,and told him about this. He immediately deactivated that thing. But after a few days when I recharged my account,Rs. 30 was deactivated from my account. I again called up the customer care. The guy there kept on saying that i must have deactivated that service,and that nothing can happen now,and I would not get back the refund. I kept on arguing that I am not a kid to activate a service without being aware of it(that too twice),but he was as stubborn as anyone can be. I then requested him to transfer the call to his senior. Then also he kept on repeating that there was no way that I would get the refund. After keeping me on hold for about 7 minutes,his senior came on line. To my horror,he was more stubborn then his junior. He also kept on saying the same thing. After talking for about 20 minutes,he concluded that my complaint would be registered and people in background would verify its authenticity. But he didn't gave me any complaint ID,and haven't heard from them after that. This was about a week back. These people are openly cheating people. Please do something on my behalf,and on behalf of many people who couldn't complaint here,but have suffered due to uninor's uncalled for subscriptions and stubborn attitude. My name is Irshad Ahmed and my uninor number is [protected].PS I have never activated any of their services.
Mr PN Birla Mob No [protected] from Nsik Maharashtra. 20 Feb 12 a service of online chat has been activated by your web word or i don't know what abt it but i didn't activated any kind of such services so why 30 rupees of my account has been deducted. please check your services and return the money soon as possible either i will complaint to consumer forum court.

Dear sir, today i.e, 03/03/2012 at 12:10 pm i have recharged my mobile with 198 but till now i didnt i received any message and i gone to the recharge centre he gave me this 16 digit code number [protected] i called the customer care 121 there is no proper response from your executive name rekha and Mamatha they are talking rashly and saying the answers rudely and while iam claarifiying my doubt they disconnected my phone this is very bad
I have seen nearly 40 people breaking their uninor Sim due to balance deduction try to reduce and improve your company

For our family usage we have taken two Uninor mobile connections of [protected] & [protected].
Even though I have registered DND, still I am getting undue SMS & Calls frequently.
And the height of the issue is that Uninor is deducting my balance without any subscription or request.
I have tried to call customer care many times, every time they cancilled my request saying our service is down complaint can not be taken now.
I want a concrete step against these undue & disturbing eliments.

On[protected],at 11:29 am they deduct my balance of for my music
service without any information and when i complaint for it to
customer care at 1:49pm that time he tell me that your balance is deducted by
mistake of company and it will be back soon.but after sometime at 1:53pm they activated 23 different types of services on my number and in 3minute and deducted Rs 330 for these services and But today when i call them
for not returning the balance the told that we can only deactivate your
service and we have no information and you will not get the waiver
regarding it.
And on my no. DND service is already activated.

balance has deducted from My uninor mobile number [protected] for VAS services without my request for VAS...uninor it selfe activiting services when i recharge my account and deduct.they deduct re.5 two times in two days on 7th and 8th for different services. when i call at customer care every time they ask to call after 5 hours..i want my balance rs.10 back..

I am verry much disappointed to write this letter. I have issues tht my Balance gets deducted every single day ,i call Customer care Num.. they say that they will chevk ...nd will put me on Hold for hours nd check my details .. they say tht i have nothin which is activated on my phon .. nd they disconnect my calls ... i checked . i have nothing activated .every nyt i have a balance of 100 to 50 rps .morning when i wake up its gone ,.,whn i call they say its for internet ... so to prove i kept my phon switched off the entire night .. nd the next morning the balance is gone .. Pls Check they amount of recharge thts Done this entire month ..the internet service is not active .. u can see tht ..

Uninor's inefficiency in providing service has caused me lot of inconvenience and agony hence uninor must compensate suitably for all the trouble that I had to undergo because of your fault.
i fade up with uninor service!!!
hope u will resolve this matter & ask them to refund my amount earlist.
