gprs not working

i bought uninor sim card and activeted gprs..
but it is not working since it had been activated...

Dear Sir/Madam,

9 Days before i had purchase Uninor prepaid no. 7385599153 in the name of Hemant Patil for GPRS purpose. I had also activate the GPRS as wall as install all GPRS setting on my mobile Model Samsung C5212.But still i am not able to connect.I tired to call to customer care from 1st day to till date. they told me wait we should transfer u r call to GPRS Dept. and put me on hold but their is no answer.I had send Complaint on their website as well as their nodel officer nodalofficer.mum@uninor.in, but their is no reply.Please help me in that...

HAI THIS IS C.VIJAYAKUMAR, ACTUALLY AM A AIRTEL CUSTOMER LAST 20 DAYS B4 AM CAME TO UNINOR BY MNP... "BT NOW AM FEELING VERRYRYYY BAD... AM FRUSTATED , DEPRESSED.. B.COZ .. WHILE I BROWSING ERROR REPORTING TO ME AUTHORISATION FAILED" .. SO I CALLED SEVERAL TIME APPROX 50 TIMES TO UNINOR CUSTOMER CARE... BUT NO USE... WASTE OF TIME... SO PEOPLE LEASE DONT GO FOR THAT NETWORK.....
