I am not able to know status of the following unit sertificates:

1) Master Equity Plan-1992 Membership Certificate No. MEP[protected]
2) Master Equity Plan-1995 Membership Certificate No. MEP-95-[protected]

Please arrange to provide the status.
My contact details are also changed. I need procedure to change the address and contact details.

We have just received 5 different divident cheques of Rs10952/- (total), but we dont have whereabouts of the document of MIP-96-IV, CUSTOMER ID NO[protected], WE ACTUALLY want to know the exact unit still exisit in this plan and the documents of this scheme.
