I, T.Brahamanda Sastry, purchased 700 units (mentioned above) in 1990 (100 units) and in 1994 (600 units) for my grant daughter, Ms. M.Srivalli Sai Swetha (date of birth-8.11.1989) for her future studies and marriage purpose.

After retirement from my service (AP State Govt.) on superannuation, I bed ridden by paralysis. I suffered for a long period. By GOD grace, I recovered slightly. I am unable to walk now. I request your good self, Sir/Madam, that to do the needful. I am giving the brief as under:

The original (4 above mentioned) certificates are with me. My son-in-law in the first week of November 2010 went to your UTI branch at Hyderabad to enquire about CGGR Unit Scheme 1986 (with copies of certificates). They mentioned the cheque details as below:
