The second largest developer is India seems to have been gone bankrupt and not responding to any customers that have paid them millions but have time to respond on Consumer Forum to petty complains ! Frauds and Cheats they scammed millions from us with NO liability till date.

Dear Sir, I have purchased a Flat in Tower No. 21 o[censored]nitech Horizon Greater Noida. I have been given Possession Letter in March, 2013 . But till that flat is not Ready. But don't you think that the mention of the company name Unitech is a little misleading. The mention makes it appear like you have a grievance against Unitech. You are unknowingly maligning the name of the second largest real estate developer in India. I kindly request you to rephrase the title.
