Indane Gas (United Gas Agency, Rajendra Nagar Ghaziabad) yks0000 on Jul 14, 2010 Not Recieving the Phone for Gas Booking Respected Sir, I am a user of Indane for LPG i.e. Indane Gas with connection No. 044485 and my Distributer is UNITED GAS AGENCY RAJENDRA NAGAR SAHIBABAD GHAZIABAD UP. THEY HAVE TWO PHONE FOR GAS BOOKING AS MENTIONED ON THE NOTICE BOARD OF AGENCY i.e.[protected] and[protected] but they never ever pick the phone where the ring goes on between 9AM to 10AM..... and after 10 AM the phone remain unreachable or busy till the closing time of Agency and as Closing time passed the scenario is repeated.......... I will be grateful to you if you take out neccessary action and solved it out. I booked the gas 15 days back but didnot get the same till date. Was this information helpful? | |||

United Gas Agency — inefficient gas supply
Nobody answers the call made at United Gas Agency.....we have been trying to contact them since long...due to this it gets really problematic as one has to run after the work though the facility is available. if the employees "by- chance" read it, book a gas cylinder for us...the no. 32663...the contact no. is [protected]

I would like to know from your end that is there rules from your side or Indian Oil Corporation that the gas agency (United gas agency, sector 2, Rajinder Nagar, Sahibabd, GZB, UP) not book the gas of the delivery of the first cylinder.If there any rules pl provide the circular order.

United Gas Agency — Booked cylinder not received
Dear Forum Team,I booked a Gas cylinder on 12/09/2011 but till now the cylender is not given by the dealer. I booked my cylender at Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, United Gas Agency, Distibuter of indian oil Gas corporation ltd., Ghaziabad - 201005.
My Customer No./consumer no. is 3270976. dealer never given me cylender on time since three months.
please take necessary action on it either i will go to consumerfourm with in this week.

I have applied for transfer of connection on my mother in law name, they took money and papers on 25/02/15 but no response and update till date.

United Gas Agency — Booking of Gas Cylinder for Past 15 Days
I am not getting LPG gas cylinder from M/s UnitedGas Agency, Rajinder Nagar, Sahibabad, Ghaziabad, U.P. for the past Fifteen Days. My consumer No. is NR 11673 with the said agency. Inspite of making several telephone calls for booking I'm listening the same Message for 15 days that either the telephone number is busy or not available and hence I have faced too much of problem I tried contacting Head office of Bharat Gas H.O. for making complaints but they are also not ready to speak me. As such due to urgency I have to lend a cylinder from my Neighbour.Kindly solve my problem in providing me LPG cylinder at earliest now and in future also.
