[Resolved] UniverCell — cheating in jayanagar 4th block branch bangalore | |
I am Anirudh Maslekar who purchased a Sony Xperia M on 7th september 2013.Bill invoice no-P.B.JN/1406 invoice date-7th september at the bangalore Jayanagar 4th block branch.I was supposed to get headphones free along with the phone.The Headset was not available and the store manager promised that he would deliver it to their Udupi univercell branch.
I have called the bangalore branch 7 times in past 3 weeks and udupi branch 3 times and all I have got is false assurances without any action.This reflects your poor quality of customer service.I am apalled at your apathy.If i do not get my free headphones ASAP i will be forced to take legal action via consumer court.Kindly look into the matter.Branch manager KUMAR SHETTY, biller VINAYAK Was this information helpful? | |
