I have joined them on June 26th and paid for the plan. On july 13th, i have completed using the minutes and i was thinking about changing to better plan. I requested online. There was no response. There was no email saying that i placed the order. I waited for 24 hours. As I am in hurry to make calls to India, i have to recharge and i did by paying $22.00.
I received call on July 24th, saying that i got charged for the new plan. It means, that i need to wait for 11 days without making calls to India. I might have missed there terms and conditions reading and did not realize that it will take 11 days to change the plan. As i have completed using the minutes, they could have option to change the plan when the amount goes to $0. They dont have this option.
I called two times, they have not refunded my money $32.95.
They should be loyal to customers and give good service by refunding that money back. I am not asking for free service. I will pay for the plan i have used.

I also have an very bad service experience with this company India Unlimited Calling. They will ask you to sign and return your credit card information in writing which is one thing you will never see in western country. I have buy ther plan where they say you will get 150 Min free every month for next 6 months even if you dont buy their plan next time but actuly they don't give your any extra minutes if your minimum balance gone under $2 or you cancelled your services. I buy this plan for one month only and did not send them duly signed authorized payment form along with my credit card details because I want not satisfied with services at all. You will get phone engage when you try to dial access number. They did not provide me any additional mintues as advertised in their web site. THEY ARE BIG CHEATER BE CAREFUL. they don't provide even call histroy during the month you dial. so everyone PLEASE DON'T BUY THEIR ANY PLAN" unless untill you get clear ans on their free minutes plan.

The perosn who posted the comment is an absolute lier. There is no way a business can overcharge and do that and stay in business I would ask this person to make a copy of the over charge that he claims was done after 1500 mins and post it here . In fact cusotmers get unlimited service and 1000's not 1 but 1000's use over 5000 mins and never get charged for any overage. This is a clear example of competition who can not compete use this technic as per minute seller now have no way to cheat consumers. Customers who use our service for over 6 months would not continue if the company did this. This message post is open ended with no control so they write anything they want. There is no other Service that truly provides call to anywhere in India and any number is India unlimited and well below 1 cent
