[Resolved]  Unlimited india calling — Bad customer service

Just recently signed up for unlimited incia calling paid $39.99 and $20 for activation fees service was not that bad sometomes u cant hear the other party so call land line then try cell phone try this number and that number every night between 10 to 11.30 the phone will be busy and the service wont work.

Just found out on 03/23/09 that u are just allowe to make phone calls to 15 different numbers and i made 40 i had to make 40 cause ur service sucks i didnt knw nothing about this that i am only allowed 15 numbers or else i would have wasted my $60 i called customer service 3 times waited for abt 10 minutes each spent half of the day to track these guys on phone finally a live person comes on and says your service will be up and running oin about 3 hrs after 30 hrs no service yet.

Thanks for your post. I was about to sign up with UnlimitedIndiaCalling.com but now I won’t.

I always knew they can not provide a good quality service. I requested for a trail of their service but they rudely denied simply because they are afraid that the customer will get to know about their poor service.

I wish Airtel or Reliance can offer such Unlimited Calling Services. I won’t mine paying an extra dollar for a reliable calling service.
I certainly agree with you. Their support is located in India and probably no body looking after the customer interaction of their support team. So it’s pretty much expected.
I tried their scam for a month dont waste your money, its a SCAM!! When you call access number, it says "The number you have called is not accepting calls at this time." Their service is HOPELESS, one of their representatives told me this, "Sir, I was just hired yesterday, please let me get someone who has been working here for a long time to answer your question." My question simply was, "Why are my calls getting disconnected every 15mins"
when i read about terms and conditions they are clear that they allow 10 numbers and they also mentioned about almost 1350 minutes every week. They occasionally allow 15 numbers. Unless u abuse the system the plans works fine because the cost per minute is 2cents/minute. I haven't tried customer service but 10% of the time I hear "The number you have called is not accepting calls at this time." I am using it almost for one week will post again after one month and see how its working for me. its always cost or quality not both always
HI I WAS USING CANADA'S BAD VOIP SERVICE WHICH IS YOOTEL.CA. THEY CHARG ME MORE AND THEY HAVE NO AGENT IN CUSTOMER SERVICE. THEIR PHONE QUALITY IS SO BAD. ALSO THEY BEHAVIOUR IS TOTALY RUDE AND DIFFERENT CUSTOMER DIFFERENT SERVICE.

Yes, I am a victim o[censored]nlimitedindiacalling too. The only difference is, I am from UK and the website is unlimitedindiacalling.co.uk. But it is the same company.

For the friends who are reading this post of mine, DO NOT, I repeat, PLEASE DO NOT SIGN up with this cheap frauds. They are the worst online company in the world.

All I could say for the friends who are reading this comment is please follow what I did to save your hard earned money from these cheap frauds.

I was too billed for the whole month cycle and the next day they cancelled the service. No refund given, no reply from their Support team. Finally received a VERY VERY RUDE reply from them again asking for my credit card details and my permission authorising them to bill me if I wanted to continue to get their service.

They have no email manners, no courtesy, they have treated me like I am a culprit, like I have done a criminal mistake and like I should be hanged for my mistake and as if, it is lucky I have escaped from court case.

Their email was like as if, if they find me they would spit on my face for the criminal mistake I have done.

Please please my dear friends, do not fall for their cheap faudelent tricks.

This is what I did to get my mkoney back.

I called in my credit card company (I have a HSBC Master Card), reported the company 'Unlimitedindiacalling' as a fraud company, explained to them what has happened, and requested to take imeediate action.

This is waht I got back from my credit card company;

The agent patiently listened to me, filled a fraud compaint against 'Unlimitedindiacalling', said to me that HSBC Master Card will file a fraudulent Criminal case gainst the company as per UK legislations and will get the money back.
But the HSBC Mastercard refunded the money to me volunturly and said that they would claim the money back from 'unlimitedindiacalling' through legal source.
So, nice of them.

Well, I got my money back. But still, an other important thing to note, the HSBC cancelled my existing Mastercard for security reasons and provided me a brand new card with more credit limit to it as a courtesy completely free of charge.

So, nice of them again.

In UK, the credit card companies and banks are completely user friendly and they support only us. None of the banks or credit card companies charge any extra money for a new replacement with different numbers on them.

Only by changing the credit card you can stop this frauds getting access to your credit card.

Please, please dear friends, do change your credit cards immediately and claim for a refund from your credit card company, file a complaint against 'unlimitedindiacalling' and the rest your bank would take care of.

I am not sure about the procedures in US. But this is the procedure in UK and it applies to all the banks and all the credit card companies here in UK.

I used to the service couple of months back. The call quality isn't bad but I need to dial 10 to 15 times to connect to a number. So i canceled the service in the first month itself. They initially told me that they won't return money. I threatened them that I would complain it as fraud but they followed up and credited the money back. I would never suggest unlimited calling to anyone
Harry might have violated the company rules by dialing more than 15 numbers.
But he should have been given a warning, and his account restored, as it sounds like he did it in ignorance of the dialed numbers restriction.

From the chat transcript, it sounds like the AGENT-SUPERVISOR is arrogant.
It doesn't bode well for the company to behave rudely in this competitive world.

these kind of things happened to me 2. their service is not good at all. it is really suck. they suppose to give $300 gas coupon. i called them 4 times. everytime i call they say u will recieve it withing 24 to 48 hours. still didnt get it. DON'T TRUST THEM...
UnlimitedIndiacalling.com is a cheating service, they have charged my account and freezed the service and they don;t have an answer when I ask them what happened to the money that I paid? be careful when you sign up...and don;t trust customer care...check reviews.
They don't have a trained customer care...they don't send usage limit exceeding emails...they claim usage is higher and they can;t provide usage details to check that...
ooh..yeah...service is not that good either,

I completely agree with these complaints. I have been a recent victim of its fraud. Some 3 months back I registered for this service. I used it for the first month and didn't like it. So decided to discontinue. But unfortunately I hadn't called them to cancel and for a good 2 months they were secretly charging my card without sending any invoice. As soon as I saw this on my credit card bill I called them to cancel immediately and asked for a refund for the two previous months as I had not used a single minute. After some back and forth discussions, they agreed to refund one month of rent. I received an email saying the refund is done and asked me to check the card in 7 days. Its 15 days now and I still don't see any refund. Now when I call, they say they have already refunded and it is hung somewhere in-between. What nonsense! I have already shared this with my friend circle here about the fradulent practices by UnlimitedIndiaCalling. And I am about to publish it on my company bulletin board as well to blacklist this service and warn employees from falling prey to such fraud companies.
Don't dont take any plan from Unlimitedindiacallin.com..they r fraud...Everytime I make a call it disconects within 15 mins and if i make call for 28 mins they ppl count as 36 mins...I don't understand why? So me recommendation is to go away from unlimitedindiacalling.com. Take airtelcallhome..its good.

Please DO NOT subscribe to Unlimitedindiacalling, all the comments mentioned here are true, they are very bad service providers above all they don't know how to deal with customers, worst customer service I have ever seen, they charged my credit card and later disconnected my service on saturday night when they don't even have customer service, so I had to wait until Monday morning to talk to a representative and she forwarded me an emal, which was credit card authorization form, she asked me if I don't fill that they won't activate my account though they already had charged my credit card so for that month i do not understand how come they are not supposed to provide service but customer care agents are such a big that you will prefer to terminate the service rather than speaking to idots. There service is again bad, you will face frequest disconnections, then most of the time on saturday nights you will hear a message your account is flaaged please contact customer service and they are unavailable until monday, entire weekend you can not call. They are expensive, today there are lot of other service providers in market who charge much cheaper than these guys and their service is excellent.

My suggestion DO NOT get service from these guys and save your time, energy and money.

unlimited india calling is a company that makes u fool...coz even i[censored] are not signing for unlimited plan, they still suck u up... see how... suppose u signed for 1025 mins plan for $10. Everytime u make a call they will charge u more for less.means i[censored]r call lasted for 42 mins they will charge u for 57 mins.and by this they save mins.ur 1025 mins used up pretty soon.u can check this from ur local phone bill. they have charged me thrice on my credit card and they never replied to my emails... they replied intially but when i mailed them each details that how i have been charged, , they stopped replying me... they didnt even de activated my acocount... no reply..plz guys dont sign up for their services ... they suck u up.. they charge more for less mins... that is how they make money...

u can see the call duration of a call to Local Access number from ur local company ...ur call wid UIC can never be more than ur local call
