"Unlimited India Callling" is the biggest fraud company. I signed up a "9 ka 10" plan with them. As per the plan they said I will get 1100 minutes for every top up of $12.50. I have been using this service for almost 10 months now.
Just due to my busy schedule I never tried checking my usage. But recently when I tried tally the call charges vs minutes used, I was totally surprised. They have never provided me 1100 minutes for $12.50. Every time after usage of around 600 minutes, my balance becomes zero and I had go for paying another $12.50.. And it has been happening to me from last 10 months.
When I asked the customer service to explain me the reason for the same, the officer named "Peter" told me that you might have used the minutes... then he said call charges are 1cent/minute, then other reason he gave you might be calculating minutes in wrong way...
Other big fraud I found is, they charged my card 3 times just in 20 days although my minutes were there. When I asked them for clarification they mentioned it is system fault and when I asked for refund, they refused to give refund.
I already couple of other bad experience with this company but because of the cheap rate I sticked to this company. But now I feel I have already paid more than high call rate.
My suggestion to my friends -- "DO NOT GO FOR UNLIMITED INDIA CALLING. THIS IS BIG FRAUD COMPANY. IF THERE IS ANY LAW AND ORDER, THESE GUYS MUST BE PENALIZED FOR THIS FRAUD"

top up — cheating & fraud
I have made top up of my mobile with Rs. 225/-yesterday on 25-11-09 and and my balance was Rs. 244.03. Todayat 12.15 they made that they have are giving a bonus Rs. 40/- and I was not able hear the talk clearly and informed them. when I made checked my balnce at at 12.19pm it was core balance of Rs144.03 and Rs 120/- validity extended 11-12=09 i n the evening I shocked see my core balance Rs 44.03 and and Rs 236 /- from log in details which is cheating practice of tata indicom.
