I am totaly agree with him i baought Usha Lexus Air cooler & i have called up so many times to service center but every time they say today the personal will come to repair ( Cooler has problem in Pump) but he is not comming at all & people at service center are really pathetic. they dont even know how to talk.


I would say dont even consider any service if you buying a product od Usha Lexus. Better to buy a local brands then this.

DO NOT BUY USHA FURNITURE. POOR QUALITY AND POOR AFTER SALE SERVICE

Usha Lexus — Product Malfunction

Respected Sir,
This is to complain about the Air Coolers of "Usha Lexus".
I have bought 2 coolers of the same model and they both have malfunctioned.
For the first cooler, the fan motor got a problem and the person who had come to check the cooler did not diagnose the problem correctly.
For the 2nd cooler the pump stopped working suddenly.
The Customer Service of "Usha Lexus" is pathetic and I hope you will try to help me and the others who are in the same melancholy.

Usha Lexus — Problem in storage water heater

I have taken USHA lexus storage water heater 2 years ego. Tank was leaking and got reaired few months ego. I am facing electric shock when I touch the heater now. I need support to rectify the same. thanks.

I have bought 1 cooler the fan motor got a problem and the person who had come to check the cooler & say that he will replace the motor but after 1 week he replied that the motor supply is short from company.

Usha Lexus — Reliance shop is not providing home service to customer

dear Sir,

As per standard regulation of customer satisfaction , M/S USHA LEXUS (home appliances) is used to provide service for its all products.Reliance mart or any reliance home appliances shop, they are tied of with some brand name company for rapid growing of market selling.But in fact reliance shops are not providing any facilities as per standardization of rules & regulation .

Only reliance staffs are telling to customer that all products are "HOME SERVICE" for their better & rapid selling.
But in case any critical issues , no body response for home service .Its just cheating with customer.

so, kindly take necessary action against this.
