[Resolved]  Usha Lexus Geyser — Frequent malfunctions and no customer service on time

I bought a usha lexus geyser from Airforce station Hakimpet, Hyderabad.

We had a malfunction of the equipment and called their customer service numbers[protected] and[protected], upon contacting the first number we had a complaint token number of 127 dated 11-Feb-2009 saying that the service agent would visit our place.

Despite continuous phone calls and reminders since nine days, their executives didn't bother to attend the issue and seem to be making fun of customers.

I spoke to Mr. Nageshwar and Suchitra, they are not even committing a firm time of service visit and do not provide any contact details of higher management for a complaint.


People purchasing this product should re-think about the technical problems that might arise and the poor or the worst service back up they provide

I am Sailaja Ipurchased in Miltry Canteen of Kushiguda i got a problem in my gyser 6that it is not going to pickup the current and making the fees to be switched off so i given a complaint to the Secunderabad 27908477 / 66316661. They told that they are going to call me when he is comming to my home i given a complaint on last Thursday 9/9/09 and they told that they are comming within 2 days but here people are not able to give me answer on Saturday also 12/9/09
I had purchase one gas geyser from Albino Electrical Faridabad (Haryana) make arises defective complaint was given in shop since last 12 days but till dated no any technician/mechanic had attend complaint this geyser was purchase in Jan-09 and is in guarantee period.

I am Nitin Kumar from Ghaziabad and having very very worst experience about the Usha Leaus products.
I have purchased a gyser on 12-DEC-2007 and in two yeras three replacement of its tank have been done.
It is not only the pain but major part is that each time it takes atleat 20 to 30 days and i found that when i need the gyser like in wintwr season it alwaus passwd.

I will advice to not buy any of the Usha product as they do not have even good service quility apart from the bad quality of products.

I have got a USHA 10 LTS WATER heater on 18.07.09. The day one it is leaking and finaly on 25.10.09 it went out of order.Now the service people is telling that they will replace this with a new one. 2 weeks over nothing happend.
i purchase usha lexus gas water heater. after 2 days it stop working. 3 months pass away but no service & repair provided by the company.
agar bus ki baat nahi thi to company kholni jaruri thi?

I am Ashis Kumar Bera from Jamshedpur, Jharkhand, bought a gyser o[censored]SHA LEXUS [25ltr] in November 2008. Unfortunately it starts leaking from jully 2010. The service & repair provided by the company is very poor. No promt response from the service centre is being given so far. Now I feel that I am trapped on buying this product o[censored]SHS LEXUS. I cannot suggest anybody to buy this product anymore.

I bought A Usha Lexus geyser
on 14January 2010 Spencer's Suoth City outlet Kolkata, -- used it for a month or two--after that it was idling. In the month of September last I noticed water was leaking through temperature controller, I lodged complaint with their service provider Southern Services Tel No. 24665916 & [protected]. Complain no. 10E420 dated 30/09/10 Till date I have been chasing with no service at all . Usha Shriram has not left any contact no to interact for service in their web sites.They claim to be Wold Class in their products--a far cry?
I am also facing same problem, I bought a gas gyser o[censored]SHA LEXUS on[protected], on[protected] it went out of order, I lodged complaint( No-11121) on[protected] with the Lucknow service centre, Tel No[protected], now 2 weeks over but no body terned up and no proper response given despite of continuous phone calls and reminders to the Lucknow service centre also they do not provide any contact details of higher management for a complaint.

I will advice to not buy any of the Usha product as they have very very worst service quility apart from the worst quality of products.
Is there any one who can listen to the complaint???????????

Usha Lexus Geyser — poor heating of water

I am sivakumar residing at vijayawada and i am having the usha lexus geyser since 6 years so far it has worked nicely
Does anyone know how to escalate issues with Usha Lexus Geyser. My geyser is leaking from last 1 month and despite of daily call. No one is coming to fix it.
I have the same experience for USHA Geyser.
I had Usha Lexus Geyser and after following up with them for 3 months, I lost hope and sold my geyser as junk.

What I have understood :-
1. Usha has stopped making Geysers.
2. They were making Geysers with some tie-up. That tie-up is no longer there.
3. They don't have parts left specially tanks. So even though you followup they will delay it but never fix it.
4. Officially / over the phone, they will never accept, they can't service your Geyser. You can followup and spend your time, but it will be very tough to get the repair done.
I bought a Usha lexus Geyser from Total Mall Airport Road in the year 2009 & it is still under warranty. The geyser has some problem & I have lodged a complain on the 1st Of Nov. on its customer care no. Till date no one from the company has visited .In this competitive market this is the after sale service that they provide.God save them
I bought Usha lexux geyser from ganga enterprises kalyanpur lucknow in 2010 & it is still in the warranty period.geyser has some internal pipe problem and i had lodged a complaint on 1st nov. 2011.bt no company members has visited to see the problem.my complain no is c[protected]
please take some action otherwise i will go to the consumer court...

I purchased a usha geyser Josh 15lt serial.no HP2706RA0241 at 5 Dec 2007 from D.S. Dhyani and Company 21 Ashok park Niranjanpur Dehradun. There was some problem in the geyser therefore i complained for it. It was under gurenty .i called in the service center while servicing the tank they found out that the tank have holes in it and was been leaking they took the geyser to replace the tank 1month passed but the geyser was not send to me so i registered a complaint. they took the geyser on Aug19, 2011 but till now they have taken no action. please take action immediately or i will have to go to the consumer court.Email id [protected]@rocketmail.com
I am also facing similar problem of tank leakage and Service Centre not responding with new excuse every time. Wish I had checked above complaints before purchasing USHA product.

True.I wish I had read your review earlier before I purchased one in Dec 2011 in Berhampur(orissa) .My geyser developed a snag and the service staff as usual responded very late. What is worrying is after first visit in March 2012 they never turned up again AND THE GEYSER IS STILL NOT MADE FUNCTIONAL. On top of it, they have taken out the thrmostat and still not replaced it.
God save the company.
Those of you planning to buy, do seriously rethink.
