[Resolved]  Usha Lexus Geyser — Inferior Quality Product

I have purchased a water geyser for my use on 29/08/2007 from Air Force Canteen 26ED Air Force, Bangalore. In Feb 2009 the water tank in it developed crack and flooded my room leading to damage of several items kept on floor. Several days after lodging the complaint, Company Technician came and took the unit for repair. As per their instruction the tank was changed at my cost (the cost of tank was more than half of the cost of entire unit) and fitted back in position by company technician. It is now less than one year since the tank was replaced, it again appears to have developed the same issue as was in last year. The quality of this CONSUMER DURABLE item is far below the expectations and it caused several troubles to me so far. One can imagine the damage and botheration if room is flooded with unexpected water leakage when nobody is at home.

I have lost all expectations on your products as geyser is not the only the one gave me trouble, but out of five ceiling fans I purchased from your product range, three have already stopped functioning just on the next month of warranty expiration and I had to get it repaired at my cost.

As I have no faith in repairing the above said geyser again that will lead to similar kind of troubles in near future, I need full REFUND of the total cost incurred to me in connection with the purchase and subsequent repair of the aforementioned product immediately to compensate the troubles, botheration and damage it caused to me.
