dear sir i have applied for my PAN CARD ON 5TH OF FEBRUARY BUT STILL I HAVE NOT RECEIVED IT, IT IS SHOWING FOLLOWING STATUS PLZ HELP FOR GETTING IT SOON,

sir, I suryanarayan malla bearing application sr no.[protected] and
processing fee coupon no.[protected] have not yet received my pan card.From my nearset uti pan servicing centre i conformed that my pan card was despached from mumbai on[protected].
so plz help me in obtaining my pan card.

It is brought to your notice that I applied for a Pan Card on 12.09.08 and the coupon no was[protected]. Later on I received the Pan Card at my address on 23.10.08 but the card was bearing some other's photo ID and the form to which it was attached was having my correct address only.
So I once again inform you that if my card is not sent to me,

i dont ricivemy pan card from 10th of apirl to till now so plz tall me the stetus of my pan card

I applied a Pan number on 2nd Jan.2010. My Application No.[protected] and Coupon number is[protected]. I have not yet receid the Pan Card. Kindly look into the matter at the earliest.
