[Resolved]  UTI — yet pan card not received

Dear sir/mam
I am krishna kumar singh. my coupon no. is 26640105.
and my pan card no . is BWDPS4910F. and dispatch
date is 22/05/08.

Sir my main issue is i got pan card no. from internet but yet i have not received pan card..
still i have to apply for TDS so for that i have to attach Xerox copy with form.still no pan card so getting problem so i am kindly Requesting that please do as fast possible
