On 11.2.10 I submitted an application at your Nagpur Office for duplicate cheque pertaining to the dividend for Mar. 09. When informed that the original che. No.was
857200 I observed it having credited to my a/c on 20.6.09. The amount being Rs.200/-. I immediately rang up to your Nagpur again & informed Mr. Prasant to hold back my application as I have received the dividend amount & deeply expressed my regrets for having bothered the staff. I once again request you to ignore my above application.
I have also submitted application for change of address, Tel. No. etc. along with
address proof which may please be processed for updating the records.
