UTI Master Gain - 92 — Non receipt of payment

I have invested Rs. 10000/ in uti master gain 92 scheme under folio no. MG92N316330. I have not received any payment on redemption from UTI. I want to know the status of my investment and also send the account statement on my mail id. my email id is paradise.[protected]@hotmail.com.

5000 MG92 SENT THRU KARVY(NEW DELHI HOUSE) VIDE RECEIPTS NO.KCDEL05JULY1215:28A196312 FOR ENCASHMENT, FOLIO NO.N4213978.PLEASE LET US KNOW THE STATUS OF MONEY.

I am having the same experience with Karvy. I have requested for redemption of 2x100 units of Master gain 92 certificates enclosing the originals with all required documents but Karvy is asking different documents and informations for the redemption and not releasing the payment though i am having the proof of submission with date, Time and number of the acknowledgement. Now at the latest they are asking the proof of Investment which is the original certificates which have been already submitted to them through UTI by me.Now a days Karvy is unduly harassing the Investors which will definitely tell upon the Interest o[censored]TI.
