in response to your letter no.184738 dated 26.02,2010 intimating that my dividend warrant no.[protected] dated 13/04/2009 for rs.356/40 is unpaid. i had intimated my bank account no.[protected] with axis bank ltd., kurukshetra branch and reqyested for credit to the above account. but till date the amount has not been credited to above account. please credit the same to my above account online and confirm me on my mailing address [protected]@gmail.com.

PL refer to your letter no. 170282 dated 01/12/2008 regardind D Ws. bearing numbers[protected]/12/2005) and number[protected]/12/2008) for Rs. 1000/- and Rs. 1600/- respectively. Pl note that the address mentionrd in your letter dt. 01/12/2008 is correct. The account number of above joint holders is [protected] maintained with State Bank Of India, Vasna Branch Ahmedabad with MICR code[protected]. We request you to credit the amounts to our above account under advise to us. Please also check Dividend warrants for 2007 and 2008 and let us know the status.
