Varsha Travels — Exploitation for Tirupati Package

Horrible,Disgusting and the worst experience in my Life. Kindly read the following harassment points ::
1- I booked bus for 10pm, at 9pm when I called i was told that Bus is cancelled. Neither from Red bus or from Varsha Travels i got any call about cancellation. After calling 4 times to Varsha travel and 2 times to Red Bus customer care, finally one bus of Varsha Travel was arranged for us at 11pm. When we reached to Varsha Travel office at Indira Nagar at 10pm, the office was already closed.
2- The Bus quality was so pathetic that I couldn't rest at all. Continuous jerks and excessive cooling made it impossible to rest. No blankets were given. Not even a water bottle. These 2 amenities were listed when I booked the bus.
3. The room where we were stopped for refreshment were dirty and smelly. Toilet flush didn't work.
4. The conductor/guide told us to pay 50 Rs for darshan PASS and told that 40 rs will be refunded. At the end of journey the money was not returned.
5. As if all this was not enough, The bus driver and guide just LEFT US AT TIRUPATI MANDIR. At least 7-8 passengers told them that 3 guys have not returned from Darshan and the Bus should wait. When we reached at the shop where we were supposed to get bus, there was no one for us. We made inquiry at the shop, then he gave that guide's number. We did not have our cellphones and even foot wares as it was told to keep them in the hotel.When we called the guide from a telephone booth, he bluntly asked us to take government bus and come to tirupati station bus stop. We paid 102 rs (34*3) to reach there. When we called him again he ordered us to take an autorikshaw for Hotel. So we spent 50 rs again for that.
6- After reaching there, rather than apologizing, this arrogant and manner less guide started shouting at us that why we were late. We fished our darshan in only 4 hr(1030 to 0230) so we were not late at all. He made us to eat faster coz he wanted to come back.
7. Again when we were back at 930pm in Bangalore, the Varsha Travels officeat Indira Nagar was closed so we did not even get a chance to speak to anyone.
I have booked many tickets via Red Bus, i didn't have any bad experience earlier. This Varsha Travel is crap company. They humiliate passengers, run late, behave rudely and charge unethical money. The whole travel was such a pain(physically, mentally and financially) because o[censored]nprofessional behavior on Varsha Travels part.
