We are traveling from tirupati to bangalore.. Bus has to start at 10.40 but they started at nearly 12.. As soon as started driver rashly drived and reached bangalore at nearly 5 am... They have stopped bus at indira nagar and said this is last stop... Eventhough we are calling company number they are not responding... Even though they have lifted one time they are irresponsible with their response..... Right now we are at anand rao circle......

I have booked ticket with this travels via paytm from bangalore to tirupathi. I was supposed to board the bus @btm @8:00 pm. I called the travels @7:00 pm to know whereabouts of the bus/pickup van. But the person who attended the call replied saying that there has been no reservations done at all for the travel (From bangalore to tirupathi). I clearly saw atleast 8 seats booked while i was booking for myself. Later @ 8 i called back the same...

We booked this bus(KA01C 3319) through redbus from Bangalore to Goa on[protected]. While booking we paid 1600 per person for a VOLVO AC Semi Seater. When the bus arrived at our pick up point we were surprised to see a old worn out bus. when asked the driver, he said its a pick up bus and they will be changing the bus at their office in ananda rao circle. on collecting the boarding passes from their office we were told the bus which had picked...

Varsha travels has improved the customer service immensely. I can see new faces operating the travels and new enthusiasm to help the customers visiting Tirupati darshan. I have been a regular traveller to Tirupati, Vijayawada, Hyderabad and other places. I have seen others who are only interested in selling the tickets and completing the trips. They dont care about the quality of the service. I prefer Varsha travels to travel to Tirupati...

Horrible,Disgusting and the worst experience in my Life. Kindly read the following harassment points ::
1- I booked bus for 10pm, at 9pm when I called i was told that Bus is cancelled. Neither from Red bus or from Varsha Travels i got any call about cancellation. Tirupathi package in Varsha Travels is the worst tourist package I have ever experienced. while booing and on the tickets, the mode of journey mentioned was by Volvo AC Bus. Forgoet about Volvo, the AC is the horrible bus was also not working. When we asked about this, the drive and the tour co-ordinator mentioned that they will correct it by the time we visit the temple. But it was not corrected.
