sir,
My name is mahesh iam using bhart gas. I have booked the cylinder on 07/05/2012, they said they will send the gas cylinder within two days. I have waited 11 days but i didn't get the cylinder.so,i called them again, they are saying iam not living in the address which i have given to them and address is not located.Iam living in the same house for past three years but now they are saying the address i have given is wrong one.I called again on 25/05/2012 to the dealer but he use to keep saying that address is wrong.The response from the dealer is in very informal way.

Please take proper action on the distributor and resolve my problem as early as possible.
