[Resolved]  Venus Water Heater — REMOTE NOT SUPPLIED DESPITE INSTRUCTION MANUAL.

Dear sir,
Today(17/02/2010) I have bought a 6 litre VENUS WATER HEATER (pink colour)from Rathna Fan House(Pvt) Ltd., vide their Invoice No:86347 for Rs.
4470/-., in which the Instruction Manual says that it is containing remote
control facility and when enquired, the above shop salesperson said that
the remote facility is not coming inspite of the illustration of the remote
picture in the manual. I just want to know whether you are not producing the product with remote control or else.Kindly clarify.
Secondly, when a product is bought at a huge amount why cant you provide a
3 pin plughead? Are you insisting the consumer to buy a new plug socket at an
additional cost? Kindly let me have an answer for this also.
Finally, the product has scratches on the head portion which was informed to the shop salesman who is asking to get back the same for replacement for
which again I have to spend autofare from thiruvanmiyur to T.Nagar. Is is
fair ?
I, as a responsible citizen and working with a National Daily Newspaper as
a Manager, wanted to bring to your knowledge and clarification.
Please clarify.
