Hello Sir,
My name is Satheesh Kumar. I bought a Venus 3Ltr instant water heater. It went fine till May 2013.
Later, water heater started leaking hence I logged a complaint (CL59545) about water heater leakage.
Servicemen visited two three times to my home without proper equipment.
At the end (Aug 2013), He took the water heater to their service center.
Till now I didn't get any response from them.
I felt very bad about the service provided by the Venus. Was this information helpful? |
