Dear Sir We have booked two plots 120 and 200 in haridwar and paid 100% for the same in march 2009. But till date we did not get any position and we did not see any development Secondly there is no responsible person to be contacted. Vian Infrastructure — Cheque Bounce -3 no.

I have purchase land in haridwar and because of no progress I returned and taken PDC. I received intially 5 cheque and except one (Rs. 50, 000) all bounce. again receive 3 cheques Rs.16000/Rs/8000 andRs.2.78 Lac. All 3 cheques again bounced. Now Neither he is giving PDC nor talking properly.

HI I AM NITIN BHATIA I HAVE PURCHASED A PLOT IN HARIDWAR.THE REG. NO.IS H-125 BY MR. GAUR.I HAVE CANCELLED THE PLOT AND THEY GIVE CHEQUE AGAINST IT.BUT THE CHEQUE BOUNCED.I CONTACT IN THE VIAN OFFICE SEVERAL TIMES BUT THEY ARE NOT RESPONDING AGAINST IT.THE GOVT. TAKE SERIOUS ACTION AGAINST SUCH FRAUDS.THEY ARE STILL RUNNING THEIR OFFICE OPENLY AND STILL CHEATED PEOPLE WHO ARE UNKNOWN ABOUT THEIR FRAUDS.THEY KNOW MAKE THEIR OFFICE AT ZHANDEWALAN.MR.THAPAR AND MR.
