We purchased a 29'' slim and trim colour TV ON 27th July 2008 from Fairdeal Electronics, Raja Puri .
It started giving trouble in April 2009 ( less than nine months ) . The colors are all very harsh and brightly propping from corners and sometimes coming in waves. The I lodged complaint on 12th May 2009 ( No DEL[protected]) I was assured that the engineer would visit us within 24 hours . The technician came after 30 hours and reportedly opened the TV, fixed some small part and asked us to open the TV after 45 Minutes saying the part joined needed time to get fixed . He refused to give his name or mobile number .We switched the TV after three hours and the problem remained as it is and rather became more frequent. I again complained at the number 39404040 and the customer care executive gave the phone number of some engineer Named Mr Yogesh Sharma. Which is repetedly coming as invalid number.
Now since three hours I am trying the phone number of 39404040 and [protected] and it seems my number has been banned or identified that I am continuously kept on hold through their computerised voice saying " all customer care executives are busy, Please hold " It cannot be that for three hours both the numbers are busy.
It seems to their harassmen tactice to tire the complainents,
