[Resolved]  Videocon Colour TV — Replacement of TV

I have purchased a new TV of Videocon in Dec'09 but after 4 months the sound of the TV has vanished, So i have made a complaint to their Customer Care no. & they have given me complaint no. i.e. KAR-[protected], on 06th April'10. But till date neither it has been repaired nor exchanged. Even though I have made so many follow ups but no body has bothered to take care off.

So please advise how file a case in consumer forum for such kind of Harashment.
