[Resolved]  Videocon Colour TV Model CTV - 362725p — REGARDING COLOUR PROBLEM

Dear Sir,

This is to inform you that i santosh kumar mishra purchased a videocon colour tv model no-ctv362725p on 13.03.2006 from goa & currently i am shifted from goa to navi mumbai, vashi. last one month i am facing problem regarding colour, sometimes it will be normal colour but maximum times it shows only blue colour. I am also tying to contact your service center but unable to do so.

So that you are requested to please come solve my problem.
