[Resolved] Videocon D2H — even after 3 days booking d2h was not installed | |||
I bijal wife of Paresh J Dolia... have booked a Videocon D2H in name of my Husband Mr. Paresh . J . Dolia customer care id is 39929430 ,I have become a fool since I have booked it on 1-apr-2011 from jayam & co venkat nagar,kolathur branch bill no 276 . I got a sms on Sunday i.e. 3-apr-2011 that within 24-48 hrs someone form customer care will contact me. I got a call from told him my situation and he said he will make sure that today someone will install at 8 pm . I again called Mr Karthick ([protected]) who called me in morning when I was in my office attending a meeting with my boss . First time I disc the call , he immediately called me I disc the call . Then after sometime he called me again I attended his call. He said" am I speaking to Mr. prashanth .. I said "my husband's name is Mr. paresh and I m his wife. He said " I m on my way to ur home for installation ". I said I gave appointment on 2-apr-2011 for installation on a sunday, now no one will be at home so I requested him to come at 8pm. he said" I m already there" I said I can’t make it at this time and more over I was told that before anyone comes they will call me he said "I called u but u disc the line". and then he said "I will see if I can come and I will confirm by 6pm." but at 430pm I called him to check whether he is coming as my husband was leaving out of station wanted to drop him so wanted to confirm whether he is coming . He said "my work time is from 9am to 7pm and I will check if I m free I will call you by 6pm". Then I got a call from customer care executive from [protected]... A guy spoke to me and asked me whether d2h is installed, I told him my situation and he said he will make sure that today someone will install at 8 pm. I again called Mr Karthick ([protected])today at 630pm to check whether he is coming .. I just asked him r u coming today? He said "I m at customer place what can I do?" is this is professionalism... I m also working for customer care I never answer my customer like this... its a shame if these guys are doing customer service... pls hang yourself videcon... I m totally disappointed with the services within 4 days of purchase .. I should have bought airtel or dish TV Was this information helpful? | |||
