Dear sir, We have purchase Fridge of Videocon Company from Next show room locatred at Vanasthalipuram Hyderabad 70, on dated 14th January, 2007, receipt no 1192, having 6 years warranty on compressor, stopped working on dated 10.03.2009, so lodged a complain with Videocon through Next show room, followings are the details. We have complained to service centre of Videocon through Next Show room located at Vanasthalipuram, Opposite Police station, Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad, 500070 on dated 10.03.2009, wide complain number HYD[protected], apart from repeated request no body is ready to attend till date, while they promised to replace the same within 48 hours of complain. with regards Prashant Panchmahalkar Hyderabad. hi ..
this nobel enterprizes doesnt give good service.. or no service. as i purchased air cooler from them. but the brand new seal pack piece is defective. i got the replacement, still other piece also not functioning properly. i m fadde up with his service.
and decided not to go their for any purchase...

i thnk every customer has to check the product the product for presense of inside parts.
