As my fridge was not working, i made a complaint at Varanasi service centre over tel no.-[protected] on[protected] and after hearing complain i was given complaint no. d21000.
The person noted my adress and assured that the service person will visit on[protected]. In evening dated[protected] i enquired at service centre about status of complain and was informed that ok was written infront of my complaint no.i again inform the person that my complain was not redressed on[protected] and requested the service center people to check my fridge as my family is facing lots of problem due to non working of fridge.
i was informed that some person will definitely visit to my house for redressel of my complaint.
at this time as no one from service center has visited my house and my fridge is still not working, i am left with no option than to submit my feedback to higher authorities and headoffice.
as your esteemed brand name enjoys a very good position in market, it is painful that inspite of a laps of two days my said complaint no.D21000 is still unattainted causing problems to my family as well as fading up the bright picture of your company.
i hope that due attention will be paid to redress my complain and people at service center to attend the complaints properly.

problem-cooling is almost nil.
