To, The Service Manager, Videocon Washing Machine; We have purchased a Videocon semi auto washing machine from M/s Prathamesh electronics, Thane-( Mumbai) on 19/05/2007. model no : 6800 dlx. Within a month the machine started giving problems. Every time technician comes and tries to repair the same. But so far the problem is not solved. Till date we have lodged more than15 complaints. We request to replace the machine at the earliest. We are reporting the same to 'Cosumer Court' also. Was this information helpful? | |

I also have one Vedeocon fully automatic washing machine. I am also having some problems with it. I have complaint for many times to custmer care & I had also experienced the same. Technician comes and tries again and gain to repair it. But for last 5 months it is not in condition to be used. And the dealer in not agree to replace that pice.So just tell me what should I do with it?????
