H Series 24 Inches MRP 15990 & Exchange Price MRP 11990); EMI (Viz. 666/-) Options; No Documentation… Plus STB Free with 45 Days Package etc… in renowned News Papers… viz. “17th Mar & 24 Mar– Bengali Daily Bartaman”…

I have tried touch-base with following Kolkata Show Rooms, getting the Names in the Advertisement… & Got following Results:

1. Great Eastern @ Uttarpara : 20th March’11 : Sorry! We do not have any Stock…

2. E-Zone @ Home Town Kolkata : 22nd Mar’11 : Sorry! We have No Such Information… You can bring your Old TV & get apprx. 1200/-; then Purchase anything with minimum 10 times Price… any we have Only 1 Model in Stock but that is not H Series
3. Multi-Channel Electronics @ Sinthir More : 21 Mar’11 : Yes! We can give the Offer for 24 Inches, but you will have to Pay 600/- for Installation & Delivery of STB with 45 Days Package…. & EMI 666/- is Not Available … We can give Options for 0% with Credit Card 8 Installment + 4 Down Payment…

4. Rashmi Traders : 26th March'11 : Product not Available

5. Anmol Electronics - Dunlop : 26th Mar'11 : Product Not Available

Going by the above Instances – I Felt Very Dissatisfied!! & Not been able to Purchase the Same – Even if I was Interested to buy the same in Day1 of advertisement….

When you cant make the Product Available…. Can’t Even Update your Supply Chain… & Make the Offer Available at ALL Shops…

Then - Why are you “Making Commitment though Print Media – Which a Customer Can Not Receive / Purchase”…

I have also written to Help Mail IDs; from Website... No One! has responsed till Now!! Seems Company Does Not want to Increase the Sale.... Hope – I would get a Response!!
