[Resolved]  Videocon Mobile — receiver speaker not working

Videocon — Buzzer problem

I purchased Videocon semi autometic machine from Piragal electronics and got Buzzer problemwithin few week. I complained to customer care as well as approched to shop also.
Once service man came and had taken that buzzer also.

Now that shop personnel is telling that he cannot do anything.
This is the worst service example of videocon and the Piragal center.
I exoect that service man will contact me as early as possible.

videocon mobile phone have lot of problems. phone voice is very slow, we cannot hear calls. and receiver also complaind that voice is not come clear.

WITHIN A SMALL SPAN OF TIME IT'S STARTED MINOR PROBLEM ,BUT AT LAST IT STOPPED WORKING,I HAD DEPOSIT THE SAME TO SERVICE CENTER M/S ACCEL CARE CENTER ,MODERN HITECH SYSTEMS,SCO 179-180,SEC 17 -C CHANDIGARH, ON 12/12/2011.&THEY ASSURE ME TO COLLECT THE SAME WITH IN 2-3 DAYS,AFTER FOLLOW UP ON PHONES I PERSONALLY VISIT THE SAME ON 19/12/11& THERE RESPONSE WAS VERY UPSET TO ME THAT THE PARTS ARE NOT AVAILABLE WHEN IT WILL REPAIRED U WILL GET SMS, SO TILL DATE I AM WAITING FOR THEIR SMS, IF THEY ARE NOT ABLE TO REPAIR IT WHY CAN'T THEY REPLACE IT, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO, SHOULD I FORGET IT ,PLEASE ADVICE ME
