My name is vikrant jadhav and I am user of Videocon V1655 mobile.I purches this mobile before 15 days. There are lot of issues in this mobile. which i faced customer care number every time i have to rush to service center an sit for 2 hours leaving my jobs & i not satisfaction service center work. I have also made a complaint customer care number When I made this complaint then Videocon person started my process and i got my mobile. After some days there was some problem with touch screen,mobile charging & sudenly mobile switch off.i have to go to Service Center and wasted my two hours. After this issue there was again some problem next day.
Again I contacted to Videocon Care and the customer care person says that you need to take mobile to Service Center again.
Really now it think I wasted my hard earned money on a piece of and suggest that never go for this company.
so i request videocon mobile comany please contact me following number it's very urgent & action this problem.
( i calling daily customer care pls shortout my problem but customer care not support)
( i go to dadar(w) service center & meet mr.milind but mr.milind not support any problem)
