[Resolved] Videocon Mobile Phone Division — Videocon Handset V1675 | |||
Manager Customer care/ Experience Videcon Mobile Division Gurgaon INDIA Sir/Madam, I had purchased one V'con V1675 handset and since day one it is not performing as per expectation or money paid for it. Charger is bad, First time when connected to handset it said Bad Connector since then all time we see same msg. Battry cahring takes 6-8 hrs or even 12 hr. Second day earphone was not working we noticed wire is broken and user interfcae is very poor. I request you to pls arrange to replace entire handset. Pay my money back. It is better to buy some cheaper chinese phone and dont feel gulity of buying Videocon and pay higher. Or REPLACE HANDSET . My contact details [protected]@gmail.com Hope you will take action. I request to vedeocon management team, If you want to capture mobile handset area, you have to provide excellent service first priority. As i can understand, mobile quality is not so good because first time came to market. But we, Indian should proud of it because it's Indian product. In future we hope !!!

I had purched a videocon mobile Model No V 1306 on[protected] from PLANET M RETAIL. I found hanging problem in yhis mobile on 03-oct-2010 . I summited this mobile in your service center Nehru place ( Accel Frontline Services Limited ).

She ( POOJA ) told methat you can collect ur mobile with in four to five working days. than I called your customer care several time but i did not get any satisfactry reply from your end. I called your customer care one again on[protected] & spoked with Miss Razia she told me that with in 72 hours your complain would be resolved but the complain did not solve till[protected] noon . Kindly tell by when I will get my mobile phone or pay my money back.
