Deducting balance regularly

Hi Sir/madam,

I am Shabana P.B, I am getting lot of marketing calls from videocon. I keep on disconnecting all the call, One day by accident I attended a call after that I got sms from videocon that VOICE CHAT has been activated and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I tried ringing 198 but they never answer the call. I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword".

Last month VIdeocon Voice Chat was activated automatically and they deducted 2 rs every two days without my permission, I tried ringing 198 but they never pick my call. I am so tensed. I Tried to DEACTIVATE it to sending sms to 54666, but getting error message "Invalid Keyword". Kindly deactivate all marketing calls and like that msgs.
