[Resolved]  Videocon Network — call about ringtone advertising

Dear sir/madam,
I am using Videocon Mobile No.[protected] for the past 8 months. I am using this number only the reason is low tariff rates.I have activated caller tune for this number on 25th April and amount for that also debited (30+15=45, for 60 day's) but still was not activated and i have complaint for the above on

9th may[protected]Rs. 15 Debited for my account for the same)

but still not activated so please credit back my amount i my account or activate it for next 90 day's or else hold my videocon network service (SIM).

SUB complaint of not tower line in madurantakam I am one of your videocon company retailer.since 1st of june 2012.in my area i have not received a single point of tower. my location is madurantakam, kanchipuram dist-603306 tamil nadu. there are lots of balance in my my ec sim.so i cant getting to do business. so kindly requesting you to please clear the tower problem or refund my balance. my E.C sim number is [protected]

Videocon Network — balance cheating

i am a user of videocon mobile service provider which number is [protected]. I recharged this number with Rs.22 for gprs data . In company recharges menu sheet and message after recharging says that if we recharge with rs22 , we will get 1GB data, but i got only about 520 MB data.
