[Resolved]  Videocon Pvt Ltd / LCD T. V. — Voice of T.V.get automatically mute and it is still in a warranty period

Dear Sir
We r having a Videcon LCD T.V. in which we are facing the voice problem. The voice of T.V. gets automatically mute. We had rise the complaint again this in customer care he has give as the complaint no. IND[protected] 0n 29/09/2011 on which a service engineer came on date 31/09/2011 does not done any thing in the T.V. and problem is still alive. Every day we are taking the follow up from customer care and they are give only assurance only.
