[Resolved]  Videocon Refrigerator — Service from Videocon.

I had given a complaint to you through the same web site about 15 days back that my Videocon Refrigerator was not working. Your technician had come to my home after 5 days for the above complaint and informed me that my Refrigerator’s compressor is to be replaced it is under warranty period, hence you will have to pay Rs.1200/- that is gas filling etc. charges.

But more that 10 day has been lapsed he did not feel to attend the repairs or at least not contacted on phone to explain the reason for the delay.

I was thinking that your company is a very famous company so it will provide nice services after sales also. But now I am forced to think that it was fateful day when I had decided to purchase your Refrigerator.

Videocon Refrigerator — Improper looks and unsatisfactory performance

I purchased a Videocon referigator 220 litres no.VIDREF 5220WDOX DGR899 in March 2007 per replacement of my old and trusted Voltas 165 L referigator bought in 1994 from Ghaziabad UP. From the very beginning I found that the looks of the fridge were not OK as the door had a polythene covering which was shabily visible along with its handle thought to be of stainless gave out to be of white plastic.
Performance wise also this was not comparable with the old Voltas fridge as it did not gave matching cooling. These days ice is not forming and milk parish daily. Furthermore the contact telephone nos. are non-existant. This is a grievous complaint.

Videocon Refrigerator — Not Cooling proper

My Refrigerator is not working properly. It is not cooling properly.
I have purchase it form Sursangam Shop, Talegaon dabhade, Tal : Maval, Dist : Pune 410 506 before 1 & 1/2 year. I have compainted in company but no one person is coming. Please guide.

YOUR MAN VISITED ON 25TH MAY AND TOLD THE FRIDGER IS TO BE REPLACED WHICH HE WILL DO IT TOMARROW AND ASKED ADVANCE MONEY OF RS 2000 FOR THE PARTS TO BE PURCHASED. MY WIFE BEING AT HOME AT THAT ASKED FOR MONEY RECEIPT WHICH HE DENIED. MY WIFE DID NOT PAY THE AMOUNT. SINCE THEN NOBODY IS LISTENING TO. NO REPLACEMENT HAS BEEN MADE TILL DATE . IF IT IS THE BEHAVIER WITH THE CUSTOMER, WHY ANYBODY SHOULD PURCHASE YOUR PRODUCTS AND WHY YOU SHOULD NOT SHUT DOWN YOUR COMPANY.

On 15 th jun 2008 I purchased Videocon refrigerator from M/s NEXT show room, sarada lane, Ahmendagar.

I am facing following problems in my refrigerator

1 Gap ( 1 fits minimum ) between door gasket & refrigerator body

2 Heavy noise & also vibration noise.

On the day of installation I had shown the above problems & I refused to take the refrigerator delivery, but show- room people request me to take the delivery & they will replace the door & if not rectified we will replace your refrigerator. After that same complaint was attended for 3-4 times by your service person. On 31 may 08 your service person came to attained my complaint but unable to repair, hence he forward my complaint to you for replacement of door.
As per your service person above problems are regular problem or design problems, so it not possible correct it 100 % ok. If it is not possible you to solve my problems please refund my money back ( Rs 7000.00)

I have Refrigerator S-180 purchased on 21/01/2008 from Kambeshwar Electronic vide bill no. 2014. The bulb in the refrigerator gets dim and then after few minutes it is OK.

Please verify the reason.

I have purchased Refrigerator before 3 years. In some days I have facing some problem regarding cooling & inside door is break. so I have lodge the complaint on Toll Free Number[protected] for repairing the regrigerator. After that, nobody came for reparing or not asking the performance of regrigerator. But complaint was closed without any reason.

Please look into the matter, complaint no is BHO[protected] & BHO[protected] not solved.

i have purchase refrigerator on dt.[protected], model no 280DX SR NO[protected] puchase from TILAK ELECTRONICS i have facing problem of non cooling till july 10, i have lodge complained on dt[protected].tecnician do nothing and said it is ok .then i have complained on[protected].complained no DEL [protected].technician attend it on dt 1-8-2009 or declaired part problems.after then no action taken to the company this complained still pending .

I have purchased vediocon refrigerator on 17.08.09 from next retail india ltd., paschim vihar, new delhi with bill no.2607. I have made complaint on 14.08.09 regarding noise from the compressor and representative told that the compressor is to be changed. I bought a refregirator videocon fron M/S Sound and Vision, Udaipur, Rajasthan. I have booked a complaint for videocon refregirator on 18th of Sept.2009 at your service center, Udaipur, Rajasthan. Again I remindered on 22nd of sept. for the same. They told me that today the Tech. will attend the complaint.No body came for this till 24th Sept. Than again I talk to your service center but I was told that your complaint has been registered on 22nd of Sept.They also told me that today i.e.24/9/09 our Tech. went to the given address but they didn't found the address. The address was the same that was given by me at the time of the delivery of thr refregirator.The man at your service center is not giving proper response and talking roodly. Kindly do the needful and issue proper directions to the concerns to attend my complaint.

i have raised a complaint regd refrigerator not working and its already been 15days till now no one turned up and am totally unsatisfied wit your service and i wish u solve my issue as soon as possible

I am facing following problems in my refrigerator & your service center

1 our fridge had the problem that water did not freezed and the food kept in it spoiled,
we were facing this problem since may and therefore we made a complained
your staff took our refrigirator for about 2 months in the summer and we faced a lot problems during summers
and returned it with no improvement in it.
due to the shifting of the fridge again and again there were many scratches in our fridge, again after some improvement it did not worked, so we made the complaint again, and they kept our fridge since september and have not returned it we are really in a state of chaos.
