Dear Sir,
We had purchased brand new Vediocon refrigerator (euro cool S169) on 28/01/2005 from M/s Eagle Appliances. Kalady. (Refrigerator Sr No. [protected]).
We have faced the problem low cooling within one and half year and service representative came and replaced the compressor within warranty, we have paid other charges for conveyance and gas filling etc. After completion of work this service person collected all the documents (warranty card, purchase bill etc) and agreed to return this papers to their Agency at Altima home appliances, Angamaly. But when we approached this shop, informed that they have not received these documents.
Since last month onwards we have the same problem of low cooling, your service personnel came and open the refrigeration system and informed that again compressor and freezer cooler to be replaced. For the warranty replacement of compressor they need the old original documents.
We have made the complaint regarding this issue as per the following dates, but no action taken from your customer assistance cell.

Our compliant was only “low cooling”( Ice not forming in the freezer) . after your inspection(not put back it in running condition) completely down.
