[Resolved] Videocon / Set Top Box — DTH is not working | |
My Videocon set top box ID no. is 1724293 in the name of RAKESH KASHYAP. Well my set top box has stopped working and the videocon man has taken our DTH for servicing set of box for repair and they are not listening to us when we are calling the customer care. They talk to as if we are there servant and no one there know where our set top box. They are also not at good with the customer service. The reps there are least bored about the customer service. Videocon — non working of set top box
I HAVE VIDEOCON D2H ,CUSTOMER ID NO. 13782667 BUT ITS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR TWO MONTHS ,ITS CHANNELS SCRAMBLES ALL THE TIME,EVEN I AM NOT ABLE TOO SEE SPORTS ,INFORMATIVE CHANNELS FOR TWO MONTHS. PLEASE SOLVE MY THIS PROBLEM MY MOB NO IS [protected]
