Videocon Split AC — Poor Service

Today is the 10th day after complaining about a/c problem to VIDEOCON customer care, no one has cared about it.

I have called them aroung 100 times in these 10 days and even called upon all the level about the complaint but they never responded.

Its the worst service i have ever seen in my life time, VIDEOCON -- please stop manufacturing a/c machines.... i dont know what the heck these guys are doing....
