I have purchased one Videocon Bazooka tv under money back scheme on12th.May. 1998.Neither I have got the bond nor any amount.Several times I have lodged complaint about my payments to Bhubaneswar office over phone and even met personally but all in vain.Details are given billow:

dear sir my self hemant verma i am parching to vidocon tv 29 inches in rudrapur so delar is not supoted to me & service is very ruf so last 3month iwill parching 5/7/9to 5/10/2009 servie is not proper & uttranchal head, contury head dealer, quality is very ruf so is my personal requested ssir my amount is refind to vidocon company plz sopoted to me .its not good of metarile is very poor quality so plz is farod company in vidocon .11ooo/rs is pad me .but he is sumited to only 9999 rs only deale is farod to me is comeplant to my imtadley to you thanks.

we are purchased videocon tv (bazooka) under money back scheme in 1998. i have some family problem, Due to delay in process, we could just lay our hands on our belongings which include the money back deposit. Kindly let us know how to claim the amount and details of it.
