i have written what i experienced with the builder like everybody here. Since u had so called bad experience with builder, does it means that all had the same?
On the contrary i am not at all interested what has happened between you and builder.
the way u r pointing towards me, it seems u r interpreting the things with ur own way.
About my second post : it was mr abcd140276 to whom i replied based on my personal experience.

Can any one confirm if Nitin Garve of Amora homes wakad belong to same enterprise?
Well, i do not know about experience of the others but i am a happy customer of Vinayak enterprises for over 2 years now. I had got my flat on time without any issues. Regarding common amenities, it was communicated that it will happen once project is complete and is the case with every other project. I do not understand why the people make so hue and cry. Even, i am reading comments from the people who are residents.Some issues happen everywhere even with top builders. My dear owners, it is our society and atleast we should talk positive rather than cribbing. Bringing out positive things and comments will help building a good reputation of our society and in turn a good return as well on our hard earned money?

This is True. If he is talking about Garve then "YES". I have heard this from everyone. This builder is a greedy fellow. He does like this with everyone.
He will do booking with you & then he will sell the flat to other customers who are willing to pay more. He is been blacklisted at various banks. Please check bofore buying. 99% chances are that you will be cheated.

I am surprised to see that he is renting out the another building ( B Building) !!! . He never talked about that small 5 storey building in the backyard. HOW CAN A FAMILY STAY WHEN HE CAN OPEN A WHOLE GUYS HOSTEL IN THE BACKYARD ???...HE IS A CHEAT.

When I suffered because of this fraud builder, Then I checked the web. I found thousand articles at many mores places by many other people like me & you who are duped.
At one place, There was a mention that few people cancelled the flats because he was not willing to enter into agreement with them after booking of the flat. Finally, All 3 had to cancel their flats.
At one place it is mentioned that In his previous projects (Name is Treasure, Pimple Gurav), someone went to inquire about Nitin Garve but people were so irritated by this fraud that nobody wants to even talk about him.

We people invest our life time savings, infact take big loans on high interest rates to get our dream, holy home and for such builders it is their path to fraud.
I think many guys have cancelled the booking in Amora Homes Wakad & booked in Kesar, Dynasty as he quotes a rate equal to Dynasty & Sonigara Kesar !!!...Reason he quotes is his project & Sonigara Kesar share the boundary. :-))
There is no comparison between his one building with no club house, no swimmmig pool & not walk area, no open space & no proper garden. Dynasty & Sonigara Kesar are proper constructions with lots of open space, club, swimming pools & good construction.
This guy even doesn't have a proper office & no one to clear your doubts.
Also, Please let us also know & we will join against this fraud for a court case against him.

Booked a flat in Pune — Builder not showed up for Flat nor my Amount
Had Booked A Flat In Pune,Rasta Peth, From Preetam Borade In the yr 2007, But He did'nt show up For flat we Booked, Neither the Amount of Rs 3,50,000. And Above all He has been giving Fraud cheques every time we go to him for our amount. We had given a police complaint but he is being doing the same. so Please help me to get my money back. B'coz We are poor people and it was my hard earn money. And B'coz of him now I not able to purchase a flat for myself.Waiting for the reply.

He is very cheap, unprofessional builder i ever seen. We bought flat in treasure 3 years back...And he has not yet fullfilled any commitment related to amenities... And all the employees are also cheap..dont know how to talk...behave with customer...It was worst decesion buying flat here 3 years back...I would suggest all new buyer spend your hard earned money somewhere else instead of buying flat from such cheap builders...Even you need to pay little more, buy from some good builder...instead of suffering or realising your worst decesion late, take precaution initially...buying from good builder will always safer and satisfactory in long run ..And you can live life happily with good flat and amenities in this high interest rate, high inflation environment...

We bought flat here 3 years back and today realising that it was my worst decesion. I should have bought from good builders at that time by paying little more...Atleast now i could have avoid my sufferings. Now a days flats cost are very high, interest is high, inflation is high...It's like we have only choice left..disappointment on our hard earned money...I would suggest all new flat buyers think many times before buying from low class builders so that you dont become victim of cheap builders like us...Pay little more and buy from professsional and reputed builders...and be satisfied with your flat in long run even interest rates or inflation is troubling you...jago grahak jago...we are making their life luxury and our life worse...

Actually we thought of booking the flat in SPRINGS this holi but now my decision has changed.
Never thought that the builder is of this kind.

"Horrible" is the only word I can say about the TREASURE and all his upcoming projects like SPRINGS.
They simply don't have any planning, do not respect customers, meeting deadlines for posession is something they haven't heard off, etc etc.
And list goes on.
My request to fellow puneties, do not ever deal with these .

I too have been cheated by the builders with respect to the car parking. Its been more than 3years that I have booked the flat in S7, 702 and yet to recieve an alloted car parking.
We were made to pay upfront cash for the car parking, but have not received it except for false hopes. Now with new car parking space being created in front of B1 and B2, it seems they have sold it off at a higher price to new people where it was primarily said to be built for the people whom promised car space was not alloted.
While now I am trying to sell my flat and any buyer would insist for the car parking, Avinash is not answering calls. Since he is aware that i do not reside in Pune, they seem to be taking undue advantage of it. Please suggest how to fight it out as I legaly have to get a car parking alloted to me. Will be very soon moving to the consumer court.
I would request people who have been cheated on the same account to come togther and fight it out with teh builder before he hands over everything to the society.

I too have a very positive feedback about Mr Garve and Vinayak Enterprises. They gave me possession ahead of time. The construction quality is above average. The finishing is good, which is where most builders don't do it well.
He was extremely good to deal with, polite and hard-working. Now that the building is completely done (Treasure), I feel proud and happy when I see it. Its much better than many of the projects in Pimple Gurav and Pimple Sauadagar/Wakad. The home design is also pretty well done.

according to PCMC norm he has to give open space to soc for children play ground.
In any way he wont be able to do so, that open are reserved for soc.

Wish to get positive response. As it is first individual project of Mr. Viniyak Garve as per my knowledge.

this builder is just a road side contractor and become a builder with few constructions, his brand dosent meet the ethical requirements of most of the existing customers.
he should give the society handovers, completion certificates to existing projects, he normally use the resources like water for construction purpose and dosen't pay the bills till project hand-over and afterwords this Liability to societ members, even do the unauthorized constructions in sanctioned buildings with tie-up with corporation officers and local political members.
so please be alert before taking decision to purchase from this brand,

Aur gavar "herty" kuch nahi hota hai its HEARTY man. sales wala hai ur angrezi ki lagi padi hai, mere ko toh lagta hai tu bhi judag se job liya hai.
