[Resolved]  Vishal — Want to clear out my dues

Dear Sir ,
I am writing this letter for complain for HSBC Credit Card. I have HSBC credit card in name of Vishal Kamdar. From last 1 year I was not receiving regular statements and not a single person is there to clear out my query. I have called plenty of time to solve this problem but not still solved. Second problem is that in my statement there are plenty of charges and what not, I am not able to understand there statements that for what are this charges? What is the actual amount I have to pay? Whenever I call first of all they will ask 100’s of questions and then they will tell your verification is wrong and will disconnect the call. How to talk with this peoples I really don’t know. From my side I am calling them to clear out all this dues but they don’t cooperate. They are so alliterate and manner less officers over there they really don’t have scene how to clear query of the customers. They are appointed there to solve customers problem or to increase customers problem? Not a single officer I have came acrossed in this banking department who is there of customers. This banking officers always confuses there customers and then charge them big big amounts.
Third thing – There is some TATA AIG insurance was taken for 1 year by me but for second year they started by there own. When I told them I have not taken this policy they told me to talk TATA AIG peoples. When I talked to them they told me to talk HSBC peoples here also query was not solved and still today also I am paying this amounts.
After all this problem I am paying minimum amount every month but still my card is not working.
So you peoples tell me that now what should I do for this?????
