Vodafone SIM — regarding caller tune

Hi ,

This is the first kind that i have seen UTTER WORST customer care center .

Yesterday evening I got aaan unwanted call from vodafone regarding to caller tunes . Funny thing is though i dint chose the caller tune by defulat they provided some worst kannda song and they deducted 30/- from my balance .

after that from evening 5 pm of yesterday till today i have been trying to reach customer care people which is not getting connected .

My phone no. [protected] has deactivated outgoing call. Would like to know the reason and possibly activate as soon as possible.There's no prob with incoming call.

I want to call directly customer careno(some mobile no). i have recharged for std paln (Rs-88/-) per month. Is there any number to check in which date is the last date for my std paln.

I am using Vodafone for last 3 Years. Yesterday I got 3 sms from Vodafone saying my caller tune has been activated and Rs 30 was deducted from my account for which I haven’t requested them for. When I called the customer care no proper response or answer

This is to inform Bangalore Vodafone that I have been facing difficulties when I call to 111(customer care) to understand Kannada, can you please give an option to communicate in English also which most of the people can understand.


Please do remember that all the people who take SIM in Karnataka are not Kannadigas( Simple Logic )

Vodafone Prepaid Service — refund amount and cut cullar tune

Dear sir/madam,
On 30th April'08 I received three massage after that you will deducted Rs. 45/- from my mobile balance. and give a cullar tune but I don't want any cullar tune. So, you cut my cullar tune and refund my Rs. 45/- which you deducted. My name Tapas Mandal m.n. is [protected], Burdwan, West Bengal. I already complain to your customer care but I am not satisfied good response from your side. If you don, t refund my deducted amount, I will cut your service and convenince everybody your dishonesty service and I'll be highlight newspaper aginest your company. I am waiting 24 hrs from today otherwise I will take action.
I am sure you will be take action as soon as possible.

I have noticed all of a sudden that my cell is disconnected temporarily due to the reason not known to me. When I checked the credit balance, to my surprise it shows a negative amount. My effort to get the customer care, even during midnight, they are all busy.

Since yesterday, I am going through untold tension and mental pressure due to lackadical attitude of vodafone.

I recharged by online for Rs 99 for one month validity.The n I got sms form vodafone that I will get a full talk time for any chota top up .so I did a top up for Rs 200/- but I got only 47 Rs talktime.when I called the customer care, They said simply sorry and remaining amount will be credited in ur account but still it haven't credited .

I requested and submitted my details to activate a postpaid connection on [protected] and i was doing followup from past 2 weeks i think some guys are spoiling vodafone name because every day vodafone persone will say today connection will get avtivated and they dont have any shame to say each day . one day he tolled me system was hanged from 2 weeks . I was having some problem in my vodafone mobile connection and i tried to talked to customes care people. I was surprised the way the vodafone customer care peoples were reacted. They stated abusing me in Hindi as I was talking to them in Hindi, I was in the shocked. I can imagine worst than this.
Can some one take this problem to serious way.
Hoping to get some positive response soon.
Though I am posting my mail at this column I am trying to get the mail id of Higher responsible person form vodafone and if not than I am going to take this issue to TRAI.

Right now i am in students sim plan, i am getting free sms
my validity end on 5/7/08,
i want to know to which amount if i recharge, so that i will be in the same plan,
when ever i call to a stupid number 111, it says busy,

Your customer services no is allways busy that no working or not working please clear me. I am keep on trying but they saying all customer excutive busy please try later.

Vodafone Prepaid Service — Callertune deactivated refund

Dear Sir,
I got callertune activation sms on 11th August from vodaphone without any request when i call at customer care they told me you send sms can ct your caller tune will deactivated and you will get refund of 45rs which is deducted from there side within 48hours, after 48 hours also i dint get my refund than i call on 13th samething happen they ask me to wait for more 48hours todays is 18th and im trying there no every 48hhours but dint get any refund from there side
