Dear All.
I Aditya Suresh Kumar Thakur, have taken a Vodafone Post Paid Premium No by paying Rs 12000/- . I wanted to use this no, but due to some reasons I was not able to use for period of 6months. I wish to use this nos 9999996006, and I am ready to pay the nominal outstanding which is due on this account & nos.
I went to vodoafone store here in CP, New Delhi, to take a duplicate sim. But they are saying it is on resale now with a value of Rs 25000.00.please pay take the nos.
de -activated.
This no in their system is clearly showing, it is registered on my name, how they can resale it without my permission. Only services are discontinued.
I request you to please help me in getting this no 9999996006, back from Vodafone .

Hello sir I am Krishan Lalit Sharma user of Vodafone postpaid connection . My no. is 9999971380. I already informed at customer care that i had lost the sim . This is my service request number 2176372464. Right now my number is temporarily deactivate. But due to some personal reason i do not want to continue with this number .So its my humble request to disconnect this number permanently. I already paid Rs. 789.54 through online payment with transaction date 28.12.2010, Payment Id MCITO122331083. Relationship No. 1.29812473. Kindly disconnect this number permanently.

My complaint of not receiving my monthly bill for the month of Nov-dec for my phonr no. 09873340850 is still not resolved.Same complaint was logded on 28th dec. but no solution has been given as yet.I want a copy of my bill on my email address-salonikhera@yahoo.com.
If you are unable to resolve the situation please let me know so that I can change my phone services with some other good service provider.You sy customer to go GREEN nad when they give a confirmation you do not send the bill via mail even.This is rediculous...

as im the custmer of vodafone since 5 year.initally i submitted college id...from 2 months back i recived a message from vodafone to submit address proff...so i submited address 1 month back only...stil im not getting caller id option so please check that proof and correct my sim as soon as possible...if not means i wil convert my same sim to AIRTEL

Dear Sir,
I can say that Vodafone is most pathetic service providers. So my advise not to use vodafone in future and change your services. I have requested multiple times to Vodafone to provide original bill but not yet received from the last 3 months and they have blocked my outgoing to know the actual facts that they have not yet delivered the original bill to me. If they have the original then why not they providing the POD details. The original bills needs to be submitted in the company and company will pay the charges. I can say, the most pathetic services of Vodafone and suggest to everybody do bot use vodafone. Other services are available in the market. why we use vodafone????

Dear Sir/Madam
This is bring to your kind notice that i am using BSNL connection Numb.(09452354440) from last 6 years and now have applied for Vodafone portability on 22nd Jan and fullfilled all the formalities yet till now i have not got any type of response from ur side and still my numb is going in BSNL and not converted in vodafone.
10 days have already been past how long its process ?
Its only 7 Days procedure to convert any numb. into network.
Would request u to please see in this.

Should activate my number without my permission Servise will activate Caller Tune of Rs 30 cut in my Balnse Customer Care When I spoke to said she will go out after four hours.
