Vodafone Mumbai — Unsolicited Commercial communications not stopped

I have been complaining to Vodafone since April 2009 about receiving UCCs in spite of being registered with the DND registry. I send all the information about the sender but I have never sent the text of the message and they have never asked me for the same. I also sent copies of my mails to TRAI. Since then I have been informed that action has been taken against 3-4 senders. Suddenly when I sent a complaint on the 17th, I received a call on the 18th asking me for the text of the message. I told the lady that I do not keep the message once I send the complaint and that I have been doing the same thing for five months now. She informed me that no action could be taken if I could not give her this information. Her statement was confirmed by mail today.
I think Vodafone is just trying to get out of this problem. Please help.

Hi,
This is Waseem Akram . My mobile number is [protected] . My issue is i have an alert service which was activated by me accidentally . i wanted to deactivate that service , so i called vodafone to get help.
but it was of no use, no one could help me all agents at customer care give wrong info including there supervisors,
i need help in deactivating this service called as happy2 help . i keep getting alerts regarding insurance service. And every day at morning at 2:10 i get a message saying finance pack has been renewed and they deducted my one rupee. i have this problem since a month.
i request vodafone to take care of this prob as ASAP.
