hello this is varma from hyderbad having seven postpaid connections...i made the payment for my number yesterday but my outgoing has been cutted off today around 11 am i have been called executives of vodafone they are not responding properly they are not giving good response..iam just posting this meseege the service of vodafone is too worst then other services the waste service provider in hyderbad

I have done the portability of my two nos [protected] and [protected] to vodaphone and vendor after consulting with the company offers me call rate of 30 p a minute but the don't keep their promise after MNP rajeev

Vodafone India — Claiming payment of bill notification of deactivation of vodafone number
My number [protected] and [protected] has been deactivated before 20th May 2011 at vodafone store and an email was sent from my side to vodafone for confirming the deactivation of number through email. Yet vodafone is claiming to make a payment of July month although the number was not in use and already deactivated.Please help, vodafone is claiming false bills to Indian people. Strict action should be taken against Vodafone India

the retailer told me that my scheme has Rs 100.00 balance , 100 free sms per day & 290mb of internet free for a month
i activated gprs & started to download apps in a minute there is an sms that my balance is Rs -2.45 by the time i take it to him the balance is Rs -32
this is absolutely ridiculous
the retailer says tht i had to wait until u guys gave me some settings abt the gprs while u already messaged me tht i was free to use the internet
now vodafone man tells me tht i had no free internet at all but 250 messages
i called their customer care people & they told me that they will call back within 24 hours but they will never call back
i went to their office but they say its not their fault
wht am i supposed to do ??
unless they give all my balance back i am surely not going to give up

sir iam varun kumar killamshetty mobile no [protected],i am using reliance cdma from last 3 years.i am working in solitaire gemological laboratories as a business head,i am in travelling all over India,reliance is costing more for me so i thought i will go for any other network,i gone to Vodafone store in himathnagar Hyderabad, they gave me plan for roaming incoming 15ps per min.outgoing 85ps & 600 min local and std min per month free in plan for 249 rental,i have taken the plan.on 14 june my number shifted to vodafone after 10 days on 23/6/2011 i received call from vodafone call center for conforming the plan,then they told me different plan like 1rs for incoming & outgoing in roaming,600 min only for local per month.i gone to Vodafone store on 23/6/2011,they r telling me. sorry for this.we will try give better plan to u.i am having audio & video proff for this issue. Manual Settings, Sent Message to receive OTA settings but since I am using an Android 2.1 Device I am not able to receive OTA settings. I am really disturbed by the problem I am facing. Even I was said that my concern has been forwarded to concerned department but still no response.
Still I am having a hope that my problem will be solved ASAP. If something can be done than please help me.

on 01/10/2011 at 10:15 pm my brother have called your customer care to know how my money was deducted on caller tune where i have deactivated it few days back no.[protected]. when i took the phone from my brother and talked to your person that guy could not reply to my answer and he started asking me who am i and who was talking before me ? i said my name and the connection is in my name, but he was arguing how can other person talk on my behalf, IS THERE ANY RULE ON VODA ? any other person cant speak ? and he did not solve the problem but arguing with me . i wont be in Voda but VODA should be careful of these representatives.
