I received a message from Vodafone to recharge mobile with RS 333 & RS 222 . It will give full talktime and and same number(333 or 222) of local messages free. I recharge my mobile with 333 and now it is showing in secondary balance. I called to customer care to know about secondary balance. They said 2 days back they have changed the rule of these recharge, on which std package, Internet package and other normal facilities will not be used as main balance (The way we normally recharge our mobile with full talk time). It will be used when there is no main balance in your account. I have requested them to transfer my amount to main balance . They said it is not possible. So even after recharging 555(333+222) I have to recharge once again for normal use. they never mention this policies before recharging mobile. So i am feeling like i lost my RS 555 plus giving extra headache.
I have recharged for Full talk time Rs 222 on 16/12/2012. To my surprise the amount is added only with secondary balance. The shop where i recharged is unable to explain the discrepancy. Can you please help

i get signal bar but, my number has been barred.
i have submitted my documents 3 times..there is no any correction or rejection in it said by your distributor.
i can not call 117.
call center says "your document has not been reached"

I gave my photograph, Driving License copy, Bank Statement Copy and prepaid sim card copy as document required for postpaid number. He informed me my number will be activated with in 72 hours. But even after 120 hours my number has not activated and i called many times to Nitin and devender but they are not replying and from even the customer care executive are not replying properly due to seperate division of postpaid and they are saying your call cannot be transferred to postpaid because of prepaid customer. I am using the number of Vodafone from more than 3 years but this is very disappointing service i am facing from Vodafone which cannot be expected from Vodafone (A Big Network). So please resolve the issue as earlier as possible otherwise let me know if it is not possible to resolve the issue so i can choose another option.

i got a blackberry phone and this is time ever i use it. so i called vodafone customer care for assistance. they misguide me that plan of rs. 399/month will make you download unlimited and no cost will be charged on internet except video streaming and vodafone live.i said okay and got the plan.
now i am upgrading my BBM and it charged from my main balanced. and i again called your customer care.they are very rude. they ask for wait wait wait every time. after aprox. 15 minutes they transfer my call to supervisor. and he said i can not give your money back. if you misguide us and don't help us, then where will we go.?
its a request if you understand my problem. and help me out. its not about money i've lost. but make sure that this will never happen again and never misguide any customer .

I am a resident of Mumbai. I have received 3 bills for numbers- [protected], [protected], [protected]- I don't have and have never been issued these phones. Your call centre asked me to mail Mumbai care-whom I had mailed last month for a similar issue and got not response from. On asking for another id, they put me on hold and then after some time disconnected the phone- this behaviour when you charge me for the call to Vodafone care. Terrible service, terrible support. Kindly look into this.
I do not know if this is identity theft or fraud or a mistake (3 mistakes, up from 1 last month). I need an email confirmation that these bills are not for me and will not affect my credit history.
