Subject: COMPLAIN - Mr. Pavitra P. Sanil ( [protected] & [protected]) .........

Dear Ms Lydia Fernandes,

I haven't signed any form stating the "Security deposit would stand refunded only if Vodafone mobile number [protected] remains active for one year" & nor you people told me regarding these enrollment, if so provide me the proof through mail, my the big mistake is that I had cleared my dues & now you are taking me for granted.

For your information you can check my brother detail - Mr. Preetam P. Sanil has 9 nos. of your Vodafone post paid connection in the name of E-serve 349 plan if i tell him regarding this type of pathetic service, he might cancel all your services & might switch-to other network.

For disconnection of both the nos. the reason is Vodafone people (Santacruz S.V Road Store) they had not provided me the service when i needed, for your reference see the appended mail below.

And now you are telling me you won't get your security deposit of Rs 200, for your such unprofessional service which is not acceptable.

I would rather escalate this to someone higher in your organization & you are compelling me to move to consumer court.

Provide your seniors no. i wanna speak to him directly & reply ASAP.

Dear Mr Chintan Sachade / Mr Jackie Damania / Ms. Trupti Bhanushali,

I think you don't understand my concern regarding the appended mail, once again i clear you that i have visited you store on 7/8/2009 & 8/9/2009 for migration of my post paid account to prepaid ( that's how you confirmed in your below mail that i have visited your store), but your Santacruz staff compelled me to discontinue both the account & you lost your customer, it's all about responsibility in the service industry, if can't provide the service to your customer you will lose them.

In my pervious mail also i have mentioned that refund my whole deposit of Rs 700 without deduction & no need to deduct or adjusted any amount in forthcoming bills for value added rentals on pro – rated basis, if you can't do so......

I wished to escalate this to someone higher in the organization, who would that be???

Dear Ms. Trupti Bhanushali,

I have submitted my request of disconnection on 8/9/2009 morning to your Vodafone store (Santacruz) & my billing cycle is on 7th of every month, if they doesn't do there job it's not my mistake i won't bear for it , so there is no need to deduct or adjusted any amount in forthcoming bills for value added rentals on pro – rated basis.

Kindly refund my whole deposit that is of Rs 700, as i have not used Vodafone service after my billing cycle i.e on 7/9/2009.

I hope you understand my concern & the time you are taking to refund the amount i.e 60 days is too long, so do the needful as soon as possible.

To Vodafone,

I am one of your Post-paid customer since last 5 years, i had 2 Vodafone nos. [protected] & [protected], yesterday morning i.e on 7/9/2009 i visited your vodafone store Santacruz branch for migration of both my post-paid nos. to Pre-paid, after speaking to your customer service they convinced me remain in post-paid account & offer me less billing tariff plans as i was not interested in doing so, then also they are forcing me to remain in post-paid scheme, after a lot of warm conversation & arguments they told us to bring 1 copy of photo identity & 1 copy address proof which i was carrying along with me & submitting the same, they told me to show the original address proof, i told them just i am converting it to pre-paid you have all my details then what the reason of showing the originals, they told it is must, so i arrange the original address proof (ration card) & went to the store again at afternoon & showed the originals to your CS, they told there is a server problem & the system's are slow you come at evening time, i told them you take my request i don't have time to come again & again for the same, they told you have to come personally for this, so one more time i visited your store in the evening & got the same answer "server problem the system's are slow", i was really frustrated how-cum for such a silly thing they are taking there customer on ride.

The next day i.e on 8/9/2009 once again i visited the store & submitted all by documents for migration purpose & the CS once again forced me remain in post-paid scheme & offered me the best tariff plans, i requested them to covert it to pre-paid, after lot of conversation with your CS they told me to pay my outstanding bill amount for the month of August 2009 i.e Rs 460 for mobile no [protected] & Rs 430 for mobile no [protected], i paid the amount in cash & showed the receipt to your CS, they told now the server is down we are not able to take your request, i was really very annoyed with this answer & left my all copy of photo identity, copy address proof , my both SIM CARDS & the receipt of payment made & told to your CS i am not interested in migrating to pre-paid also , if you are not able to provide the service to your customer you will lose them & for just a silly thing a customer have to come again & again to solve the problem.

This shows how efficient your guys are, who are appointed in your stores, they don't want to listen what customer says they wants we should listen them, if this is scenario no longer your customer will exist & you will lose them like me.

Vodafone — Refund not received since over 7 months

Dear Sir,

I was a subscriber of Vodafone mobile number [protected] since November 2008 to July 2009. In July I disconnected this number, and was required to get a sum of over Rs 1400 as a refund.

I tried to call customer care many times for this, but every time they asked me to go to a Vodafone outlet. Every time I went to a Vodafone outlet, I was asked to call customer care - this chain was repeated several times. Since each time I called or went to any of these places, they expressed inability to take my request, hence there is no log of my having called or visited. Finally I wrote a strong email to the customer care email address (on 22nd December 2009) on the www.vodafone.in website, and received a response saying that my payment will be given in 15 days. However, this was never received.

I followed up on this email twice, and both times got a commitment to be paid my refund in 15 days. It is now February, and Vodafone's false promises continue unabated.

I would like to request your support to get my refund from this unethical company that has been harassing me for my money and is all but refusing to return what is rightfully mine.

Kind regards,
Hi Karan,

We have dispatched the cheque to your alternate address advised by you. You should be getting it any time now. Do e-mail us at vodafonecare.[protected]@vodafone.com for any further queries & we would be happy to help!

Regards,
Vodafone Customer Care.
